Josephine works from a psychological perspective called ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) (in short where we acknowledge that there are things that make us feel uncomfortable and keen to avoid, and yet we do them anyway because we want to stretch ourselves to reach our ambitions and we do them in the service of what matters to us – most often our purpose and our values) with mental skills from sport psychology. The combination allows the high performers she supports to Be Braver and enjoy their performances more. It boosts their confidence, helps them better deal with the pressure and gives a tool kit of skills to control their threat system, focus on the metrics that matter (not just the ones that are easy to measure) and a process for developing positive, helpful head chatter.

If you would like to understand the approach she uses you can watch this 40 minute workshop here.
