About the no regrets package

The programme works well for both teenagers and adults but will be adapted for age, sport, performance level and ambition. 

This is for you if you have challenge ahead and want to do everything possible to achieve it. You have taken a deep breath and decided that even if you don’t achieve it – you want to know you tried and left no stone unturned.

It might be taking your business career to the next level, attempting a step up in sport (perhaps selection for a team or a new record), a scary challenge (like a marathon or world champs comp) or needing to perform brilliantly in front of lots of people.

 

How does it work?

This programme uses an ACT (acceptance and commitment theory) approach intwined with great evidence-based sport psychology skills and strategies to help you develop a mastery mindset that will give you the best chance to succeed.

The programme is completed as 6 x 1-hour long sessions over Zoom or face to face in Chiswick, West London. It comes with a box of psychological tools (sent to you in the post) and will require a questionnaire to be completed in advance so the process matches your key areas of need.
